When my grandchildren where small all they wanted to eat was grilled cheese sandvich. They were very meticulous of what they eat and mealtime was a struggle.
Sounds familiar? I had to come up with something, so I started to cook a variety of vegetable, pureed, and hid in the spaghetti sauce. They loved it and never knew the difference.
Eventually they outgrew this stage and today they are very strong healthy young men with good eating and life style habits.
They most likely would of grown up the same way without me interfeering, but I like to think that I was instrumental helping them to grow healthy and strong.
Family is the essence of life, and parenting is the most important and responsible job in existence, and so is grand parenting
Grandparents mean more than just babysitting. If you have a good relationship with your child and they spouse then you really have a chance to develop a bond with your grandchildren, which is special and memorable.
With the holidays coming, remember to buy your children and grandchildren green and educational toys. Nothing that may suggest violence or aggression.
